Description

SPOKE KP is exposed in Translator by the imProving Agent Team. Click here to view the imProving Agent page.

SPOKE (Scalable Precision Medicine Open Knowledge Engine) KP is a “big KG” that harmonizes a number of data sources that are listed below. It is built and maintained primarily by the Baranzini Lab at UCSF. In Translator, a static version of the KG is translated to the Biolink model for TRAPI-compatible querying.
