Description: Foundational Model of Anatomy Ontology (FMA -- both from UMLS and from OBO) is a computer-based knowledge source for biomedical informatics. It provides classes and relationships that represent the phenotypic structure of the human body. Its format is both human and machine readable. FMA is open-source and available for general use.
