Description: We have converted Adverse Outcome Pathways (AOPs) from the AOP-Wiki into Casual Activity Models (CAMs) as OWL knowledge graphs, using a combination of automatic translation and follow-up manual curation. These knowledge graphs follow the modeling approach of Gene Ontology Causal Activity Models (GO CAMs).
