Tax Lots

The Department of Finance maintains Tax Lots in the Property Information Portal (PIP). The Department of Finance publishes these tax lots as a service on the NYCMaps ArcGIS Online organization. The Department of Finance also publishes these tax lots in some form on the NYC Open Data Portal.

Do not be fooled by the datasets named "Tax Lot Face" which describe lines around tax lots. Unless you are a tax map wizard you probably do not want to look at these lines.

NYC Open Data
