There are several datasets kicking around NYC with names like "Off Street Parking." Typically these refer to Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA)-licensed legally operating businesses of the types:

  • Garage
  • Garage/Lot
  • Lot

The Department of Consumer Affairs posts the legally operating businesses dataset to the NYC Open Data Portal with addresses, and from time to time someone will geocode these addresses to create a spatial dataset.

This dataset has no spatial information but does include addresses.
