This is the answer sheet for the 16S chemerin tutorial.
Q1) 12
Q2) 1000 (note this is extremely low and would likely be insufficient for an actual project)
Q3) There are double the number of FASTQs per sample, because they are paired-end (i.e. there is a forward ("R1") and reverse ("R2") pair of reads per sample).
Q4) 96.2%
