CCBC Workshop 2016

This workshop provides a high-level overview of the major steps in analyzing microbiome data including 16S profiling and shotgun metagenomics. It combines both lectures and tutorials with example datasets that provides suggestions for best practices in the field. This workshop was presented at the GLBIO/CCBC Conference in Toronto on May 16th.
