Updates latest challenge docs and dockers

home-robot-ovmm-challenge-2023-v0.1.2

This may be the last supported version of OVMM repository that uses habitat_sim < 0.2.5 and habitat_lab < 0.2.5. Specifically, this uses habitat-lab version 0.2.3 and a habitat_sim version 0.2.4 built for OVMM challenge. These are the versions that are being used in the HomeRobot OVMM Challenge 2023.

Since then, we upgraded OVMM to work with both habitat-lab v0.2.5 and habitat-sim v0.2.5. These changes may get merged to main. New challenge participants should use this release (home-robot-ovmm-challenge-2023-v0.1.2) and not main. Old participants can continue using the version they have been using.
