Statistics

Mentals = Int/Wis/Disc

Stat Importance Purpose
Reflex Highest The header tag for all of T2 settings. Everything else goes under this.
Intelligence High One of the three stats that dictate your rate of learning. Intelligence determines the size of your experience pool per skill.
Wisdom High One of the three stats that dictate your rate of learning. Wisdom determines the pulse size of your exp gains.
Discipline High/Highest This stat affects all things in some way. It's one of the 3 stats for exp gain, giving you a 10% effectiveness boost (as compared to Intelligence) for pool size. So, while not as great, it dips its toes not only into experience gaining rates, but also into every other aspect of the game.
Strength Medium The two main reasons to train strength during the early parts of the game, are carrying capacity and weapon training. For weapons, 50 strength is the target to give you a full RT reduction for swinging any weapon. If using the system to train all weapons, this stat becomes the highest priority until 50 ranks.
Agility Medium/Low Doesn't really affect much for simple PvE/training beyond the "to hit" of weapons. Put points into this if you are missing a lot, increasing balance to help you hit.
Stamina Low Helps you not die to some things like poison, but if you are getting hit, you shouldn't be there.
Charisma Lowest Not needed for leveling/PvE, put points here when everything else is capped.

General Statistic Training

My Experience: From a guy that has leveled every guild, other than Trader, to what would be considered an HLC status.

I generally focus on getting to 50 Strength ASAP, I train all weapons on every guild, no matter. If I didn't train every weapon, I would deprioritize this somewhat. My goal is to be efficient with training, so 50 Strength gives me the reduced RT to make swinging my weapons quicker thus increasing my training ability. I tend to keep Reflex slightly below during this part, so when my Strength hits 50, my Reflex would be around 35.

Basic Routine:

All Stats -> 10 Strength -> 15 Reflex -> 15 Strength -> 20 Reflex -> 20 Strength -> 25 Reflex -> 25 Strength -> 35 Reflex -> 30 Strength -> 40 Reflex -> 35 Strength -> 50 Reflex -> 50

For the next phase I typically keep the mentals even, all the way to 30. This is the first exp increase threshold. I then bring all other stats to 30, except Charisma, which I take to 15 and leave. I then bring the mentals up to 60, which is the next threshold, and Reflex up to 75. At this time I usually train Charisma to 20-25 and the remainder skills to 50. This is where they stop until the mentals hit the next threshold; the mentals are then taken to 90. Due to the increase in cost for stats past 100, I leave all mentals at 90 for the remainder of the others to cap. Reflex first up to 85, then Agility & Strength evenly behind to 75, and then increasing reflex to 100. Once all skills besides Charisma and the mentals are 100, I then bring the mentals up to 100, and then Charisma. Charisma can be left very low forever if you decide to, but the point cost is minimal considering the cost of skills beyond 100, and I personally can't stand the low skill. If you PvP though, Charisma training is mandatory.

This is just a rough guide of what I like to do. You can use this and come up with your own version, but this will definitely get you started! It takes around 40k total ranks worth of TDP's to hit 100's across the board.
