Mean Girl: the most fun leela style net

Inspired by the Leela Chess Community

I was so inspired by the Leela Chess community that I trained up a new net. It's a little stupid (because it's only a 32x4), doesn't always understand complex positions, but is fast and definitive in it's decisions. It's Mean Girl!

Oh, since we must give credit (and they can be touchy about credit), Mean Girl runs on lc0. Did I mention it runs on lc0? Yep, lc0, unless you run it on something else.

It doesn't make use of the full leela training pipeline, so only partial credit there.
