Since f4pga/f4pga-arch-defs#2509 was merged, arch-defs packages no longer include symbiflow_* tool wrappers used by the makefiles in this repository (https://github.com/chipsalliance/f4pga-examples/blob/main/common/common.mk#L60-L76). The examples will not break immediately, because the versions of the arch-defs packages are pinned. However, in order to bump them, this issue needs to be addressed.

The deprecated wrappers are provided through Python package f4pga, for backwards compatibility purposes. Therefore, we can start with setting a couple of environment variables and installing f4pga through pip (before dealing with #298):

FTR, "latest" files/pointers in the GCS are not being updated at the moment (f4pga/f4pga-arch-defs#2655). We should probably have it fixed before addressing this issue.
