What is meant by the note at the bottom of Test Script 12.B (page 55)? • "A web application is an application that runs in a web browser (such as webmail) and may not have a URL that changes as content on the web page changes." Does it mean test single-URL web sites as if they contain multiple pages? (I test a single-URL app that has "tabs" styled to look like separate pages, so I test as if they are separate pages.)

When do we test text in images WITH other significant content? Test Script 13.C 1.4.3-contrast (page 57) How to Test: "4. If the page contains an image of text alone, or an image with text and no other significant content, test the image of the text with the CCA to determine the contrast ratio between the foreground (text) and background." Implies NOT to test text in images WITH other significant content. What about colorblind or poor vision keyboard users having equivalent access to the text on an image like below (assuming the text had insufficient color contrast)?
7.E Images of Text excludes this also. Would this be tested under a different Test ID?

Question on Topic 10 Answer Sheet What does the term "stem" mean? "Standard-Certified list stem" and "Super-Certified list stem" are on the Topic 10 answer sheet, but I'm not sure what they reference. My guess is that it is the

containing the heading and list. Or, could it be the headings for the lists? Headings exist on the pages, but there is no heading checkboxes for "Standard-Certified" or "Super-Certified".

Regarding 10.D Lists, ANDI functionality. Many applications I test have menu lists that ANDI doesn't seem to be able to test/access. Has anyone encountered this before and is anyone aware of way to make ANDI work?
