This is going to take some time to go through properly, might be a few days.

AFAICT the "Floating Price Proposal" page is derived from some Mostly Unsourced Bullshit (TM) that Zach wrote and which never really got any sane amount of technical review. I think the page does more harm than good being visible on our site at the moment. There is definitely some interesting content there (for some definitions of "interesting"), but I'd prefer that that page be moved to a separate PR so that we can give it more thorough review without holding up the rest of this PR.

I tend to think that the "Groups" spec belongs in the Proposals repo rather than the main website. @hlandau, am I correct in thinking that it's acceptable to put draft and/or abandoned specs in the Proposals repo as long as they're clearly marked as such?

Ditto for the "Identity" spec.

And the "Messaging" spec, although this one should definitely be marked as "Rejected" in the Proposals repo for reasons that I hope are self-evident.

And the "Personal Namespace" spec.

Feel free to remove any pages from this pull request (or any other text). None of this is my writing, so I won't be offended if something should be removed entirely or moved to a separate repo. Also, keep in mind that since this commit only contains additions of pages you thought had some merit, a merge should also include removing the respective page from the wiki, as well as closing and deleting the pages deemed to have zero merit.

So I've gotten about 1/3 of the way through "Register and Configure .bit Domains". I'll resume going through these pages in the near future.

Split out the History page commit from the commit that removes the link to the wiki.
