IP填错后，删除集群，重新创建正确IP集群配置，同步依然是原来的IP，暂停同步再开启同步，同步还依然是原来的IP

删除集群配置后，同步异常，建议：在删除集群配置时判断一下该集群配置有无服务同步，有则提示先删除服务同步再删除集群配置，无则直接删除
