The following papers were not taken for curation because it was not unambiguously possible to relate the experiments to pairs of genes.
- Whitehurst, A. W. et al. Synthetic lethal screen identification of chemosensitizer loci in cancer cells. Nature 446, 815–819 (2007) Reason: All interaction as X-EPHB4. However, EPHB4 is an ephrin receptor and not mentioned in paper. Paclitaxel affects microtubules.
- Martin, S. A. et al. Methotrexate induces oxidative DNA damage and is selectively lethal to tumour cells with defects in the DNA mismatch repair gene MSH2. EMBO Mol. Med. 1, 323–337 (2009). PMID: 20049736 Reason: SL interactions are shown (drug/mut). The mut is MSH2. Unclear how the partners were chosen.
