Appendix A: Community Ideas and Standards
This page shall serve as a way of indicating potential ideas for common standards across community-driven mods.
So that it's easier for mission makers, please include the type names of any and all modules that your mod bundle includes in the description of your mod bundle on Steam Workshop (or any other outlets you are distributing to).
So far, the best way to make PDF manuals for modules is to create an HTML version first (using the example HTML page in the ktanemodkit), then doing a Print to PDF inside of Chrome. Print to a US Letter page size.
To ensure that the manual page you make follows the same ilk of manual pages from the vanilla modules, you should be providing a black-and-white or monochromatic SVG (or line-art) image of your module. You can use software such as Illustrator to edit an existing SVG file, or if you're looking for a free open-source alternative, you could try Inkscape.
