environment conflict when installing basemap

When installing basemap using "../3rdparty/miniconda3/bin/conda install basemap python=3.7 --yes", it costs a lot of time and finally report an error about environment conflicts. If I use "../3rdparty/miniconda3/bin/pip install basemap python=3.7 --yes", I have to wait for long time. So I just downloaded it from "https://github.com/matplotlib/basemap" and installed basemap based on the installation guide and then I successfully installed the basemap.
