If you have the full RSMAS setup including test data in your $TESTDATA_ISCE dir, run (without data download):

process_rsmas.py $SAMPLESDIR/unittestGalapagosSenDT128.template --start dem --submit --remove_project_dir

This will run ISCE and MintPy. If successful you will have a S1_* file in your $SCRATCHDIR/unittestGalapagosSenDT128/mintpy directory. If you don't have the test data, either uncomment the topsStack.slcDir line or run (including data download):

process_rsmas.py $SAMPLESDIR/GalapagosSenDT128.template --submit
