fix(chat): fix quick app 2 temperature (Issue #5361)

Description:

The temperature should not be used from previous model if the model doesn't work with temp.

Issues:

• Issue Quick app 2.0 works incorrectly If user switches Model from one with works with temperature (and sets it to not 1) to one which doesn't support temperature #5361
