Milestone 7
Lots of small changes. Big/notable changes:
- More customization with stance settings
- Huge overhaul of location data to support more hometowns than just Crossing (thanks @jandersson and @ericmeek !)
- Almost all of the sample YAML files are in (only Empath, Necro, and Trader are left) - and introduced the new-character script to help get moving faster with a new character
- Tons of Necro quality-of-life improvements (new rituals, better spell management, etc.) (thanks @jandersson !)
- Lots of new hunting zones (endrus serpents, young blue-dappled prereni, small peccs and swamp trolls, blue-belly crocs in shard, among others)
- Moved a lot of 'static' (or rarely changed) data out of YAML files and into data files - this will make YAML files a lot easier to read and update
- Improved spell management overall (especially of cyclics) (thanks @drboldwin !)
- Many, many PRs from new contributors (thank you @jandersson @ericmeek @Dartellum @cpryor6 @UFTimmy @drboldwin @ohbeanz @drsuik !)

Milestone 6
Lots of small changes. Big/notable changes:
- Added support for transformable weapons (thanks @jandersson!). Also a few more swappable weapons.
- Thievery/stealing: support for more buffs, paying debt, stealing from NPCs, community data gathering of difficulty for various items.
- Many more textsubs: spell recognition, soul state, perceive elements, confidence, marks, voice pool.
- Mining: better message detection, added the Dark Tunnels near Haven.
- Hunting zones: wood trolls, safari event, orc bandits.
- Drinfomon: now records balance, better handling of hyphens in names, now tracks balance in Dirge.
- Astrology: better handling for moon setting/sun rising/cloudy skies, community data gathering of moon rising/setting.
Milestone 5 release
Lots of small changes. Big/notable changes:
- Added sample/starter YAML files for several guilds. These are much easier to understand than the "live character" YAML files we had before. They serve as a better introduction for new players.
- Huge overhaul to stealing/thievery logic. Much more robust with better data and tracking of skill requirements. Introduced
jail-buddy
to automate the arrest process. - Improved research logic. Granularity of skills to research, improved timing, more skills supported.
- Many new hunting areas (toads, quartz gargoyles, yellow gremlins
- Huge overhaul to forging logic. Better user interface with the
smith
script, better integration withworkorders
. - Huge overhaul to the way script arguments are handled. Users will see better error messaging, developers have a much easier time parsing and using args.
- Introduced the
validate
script to help detect and fix common problems. - Took the first steps to introduce automating hunting with another character. Only basic functionality is supported so far.

- Bescort allows access to hunting areas go2 can't reach (currently: leucros, geni, rock guardians, thicket vipers)
- Cleaned up non-combat training (

) to heavily reduce spam - Rough support for mining - still not there yet, but it's a start
