If you are interested in helping out, there are a few things we are looking for:

1. We will be doing a special project with the civic taxonomy, creating a civic taxonomy in a way that can be added to City Groups, and also added to other projects.
2. Help us test the site.
3. Help us collect groups. As the site becomes more stable, we will start reaching out to more community groups to get groups listed.
4. Help make stuff with the API. A cool project would be to have a messaging service where groups could sign up to communicate with each other, without needing to join the groups.
