Hmm I was confused for a moment, this change should be proposed into https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware.universe not here. Could you create this PR targeting there please?

The reason:

• https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware is a meta repository, has the ansible scripts for installation and the main workspace structure.
• https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware.universe has most of the functional code.
