1. like mits-san has mentioned， we need to know your os version to find out why that error occours
2. i notice that you are still using autoware.ai ，I strongly suggest that you try autoware.universe which is latest version now
3. Another thing i want to remind you is that , if you are a new autoware developer and want to try it, you can try using docker, there are detail tutorial for that (which autoware.ai lack of)
