This is a successor PR to #1713.

  • Removes Xcode 12.4.0 from the CI because GitHub deprecated the required runners. Drops support for macOS 10.15 "Catalina".
  • Adds Xcode 13.4.1 to the CI. Adds support for macOS 12 "Monterey".
  • Changes are reflected in README.md.
