Adds a primitive operation
udiv_bitsto perform unsigned bitvector division. Similar tosdiv_bits, this operation will fail when the denominator is0, but does not share the overflow case ofINT_MIN/-1. Also adds a vector variant and corresponding vectoriser logic.Addresses #135. Holding off for now due to required changes to Basil and Alive2.
