WTC Lemongrass & Ginger Wheat Beer - 5 gallons

Ingredients

4 lb Bavarian Wheat DME http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/fermenters-favorites-briess-bavarian-wheat-dme

1.5 oz Sterling (US) Hop Pellet http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/sterling-hop-pellets

Belgian Wit Ale Yeast White Labs WLP400 http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/wl-belgian-wit-ale

Forced to Substitute due to dead yeast above

Steps

Bring 5 gallons (note, next time do 4 gallons) to 180F (next time try 100+) Mix in both DME Keep stirring, lots of foam, watch for boil over

Get back to boil, add hops in bag, boil 50 minutes Add tea, boil 10 minutes

Cool, add yeast
