Here's a list of things that need to be done.

Urgent

Get CI working that does a repoman run on each push (and possibly reverts the repo upon failure?)
Work on getting real infrastructure up that isn't github
Add patches to sys-apps/portage conf files to make galapagos the default distribution

Identify and fix outstanding security issues in packages
Recruit developers

Tree clean out packages that have been masked for a long time
Begone, cdrom.eclass and anything that requires it (bug #1)
Rebrand
Spin live CD's
Add more stuff that we should have that Gentoo doesn't (Steam would be nice, for instance...)
Import / copy documentations from gentoo; dev manual, HowTos, Installation guide.
Decide on state of GLEPs in Galapagos; make anew, import from gentoo.
Decide upon the meta structure of both panels of members and forum type services (Mailing lists, bugzilla)
Policies regarding entities and structure within a bugzilla; email addresses, tier of user / developer
Mirror of galapagos for users to enter pull requests (covered in the infra phase)
