Galapagos Fresh Install

Tarballs are being generated weekly for amd64 by xayto and uploaded to https://services.xayto.net/tarballs/

The standard install specified by Gentoo Handbook still applies just substitute the gentoo stage3 tarball for one above. 1 step is required to enable portage sync which is too install git while you are in your chroot.
