smoke test on dev5 looks good. backend locally and on dev5 builds as expected. Let me know if there's something else to check 🤔

successfully deployed to dev5

locally the dependency management plugin still seems to be working, based on the fact that the spring cloud dependencies seem to be using the versions from our imported Maven bom
