The
--coverageparameter is currently converted to a string when run on Seqera Cloud, which causes an error on line 22 of the main.nf script when determining if--coverageis below the minimum value of 30. This patch fixes this by converting$params.coverageto an integer on line 22 in main.nf and by changing the default type for--coverageto an integer in nextflow_schema.json.
