MicrobeTrace toolkit
MicrobeTrace is an intuitive, free web-browser based application that renders networks and other highly customizable visualizations from genomic data and/or epidemiological data using simple point-and-click interfaces and help you to discover, understand, and display relationships between patients, pathogen sequences or places (nodes).
