Description
Adding the new Z-Dracula theme
A Dracula-inspired theme with consistent background colors, like the Dracula version for VS Code.
This theme is a fork of the official Dracula theme; the colors have not been changed, only the background colors.
The color palette remains the same as the official Dracula theme.
