This PR makes the
maxDeltaTimeforecs.Timeadjustable, right now it's capped at max. 30 ticks/s but for my usecase i'm running the Update() 10 ticks/s and the deltaTime is incorrect becaues of the cap!This way i can just create my own
ecs.Timestruct with my prefferedmaxDeltaTime, so no changes to theNewTime()function itself :)
