I'll give it a test today 🙂
FYI this is not supported anymore for the new Streamable HTTP Transport in revision 2025-03-26 as it operates on a single route.

Still very useful for the gem to be compatible with 2024-11-05 MCP clients, especially as the new revision is still brand new and not many clients are compatible with it yet 👍

The CI is red but only for lint issues, I'll fix it after merge :)
