For people interested in deploying Kafka into production AWS environment based on Docker's CloudFormation template for creating a Swarm.

Invoke CloudFormation to create Swarm
Use 'docker stack deploy . . .' to deploy Zookeeper and Kafka

Let me know if you want examples of how to do this.
