Small improvements on new challenge page

• amend help-texts on New Challenge page

UX Improvements

• add missing help-texts to registration page
• add Terms & Conditions directly to registration page
• replace placeholders with help-texts on New Challenge page
• small improvements in footer sitemap

Also changes from a previous (missing) release note:

• Export data functionality (My Account page)
• obscure primary key in URLs

My account page and url changes

• 'My account' page for users to be able to (1) Erase their data and (2) Delete the account (right to be forgotten)
• shortening urls pattern in user profile by removing 'users/' part from them

Beta version release

First release of the beta version:

1. Learn, Contact pages

2. User sign up flow

3. Challenge Hierarchy page:

• sorted by a highest initial anxiety level
• list limited to 10 recent challenges
• only one challenge in progress at a time
• challenge in progress showed in a separate box on top of a page

4. Challenges flow:

• adding and managing Challenges
• archiving Challenges
• Challenge exposure: saving anxiety levels in 0, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120 minutes time slots
• showing results after completing exposures
• showing 3 recents anxiety levels for completed exposures
