WIP interpret-models notebook added

Added WIP interpret notebook which uses Shapley to compare feature relationships between the models.

Changes:

1. Added shap package requirement (There is an open issue so pointing to git repo)
2. Save the classification report data from each model notebook
3. New notebook 05-interpret-models.ipynb, plots the model performance metrics (using the saved classification report data) of the 3 model types side-by-side
4. New notebook 05-interpret-models.ipynb, uses the 'shap' package to plot feature importance + feature effects for the 3 model types
