Decky Breezy Vulkan freeze

This tag is used to lock in the version of Breezy Vulkan for the latest Decky plugin release: SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-plugin-database#674

• Pulls in XR driver update for gamescope support

Unified shader support

• Pulls in changes to the XRLinuxDriver and sombrero modules to support the unified shader.
• Breezy GNOME and Vulkan have been updated to utilize the same shader compatible with both ReShade and OpenGL.
• Sideview and IMUAdjust have been merged into a single Sombrero shader that allows sideview features to work better alongside SBS.

Breezy GNOME + RayNeo support

Merges in support for Breezy GNOME. Includes a GNOME extension and flatpak UI app, with the latest version of the driver that has Breezy Desktop support. Also includes RayNeo/TCL device support.

• On some non-deck Linux systems, hardwareId was not being correctly generated.
• Removed user_id from Google Analytics integration
• Fixed incorrect parsing of sbs_content config flag
• Fix systemd service definition for Fedora (may fix other distros as well)
• Improved shader vector projection, slightly more accurate virtual display perspective during head movements
• IMU IPC broadcast was updated so it doesn't turn off if the virtual display functionality is disabled, allows external apps to connect any time that output_mode is set to external_only.
