Insert <a class="self-link">s into elements with class="example", class="note", or class="XXX" that have id="" attributes. This matches Bikeshed's output.
Update to Rust edition 2024, update dependency versions, and run Clippy to apply some suggested improvements.
Also refactor CI into separate jobs that depend on each other.
