Created "Ballot Address" feature in Myprofile settings,
textFormat.js - Changes to fetch the correct pathname for BallotbaseUrl variable
AddressBox.jsx - changes to accept some incoming props from SettingsAddress component.
SettingsPersonalSideBar.jsx - Added the feature header "Ballot Address" to the menu.
HamburgerMenu.jsx - Added the feature header "Ballot Address" to the mobile version menu.
SettingsAddress.jsx - Used an existing component and modified to add in the features designed for "Ballot Address" menu.
