Resolve the issue with `headers()` not being awaited in Next.js 15+.
* Await `headers().get('cookie')` in `RootLayout` component in `packages/create-wagmi/templates/next/src/app/layout.tsx`.
* Await `headers().get('cookie')` in `RootLayout` component in `playgrounds/next/src/app/layout.tsx`.
Merging this PR will not cause a version bump for any packages. If these changes should not result in a new version, you're good to go. If these changes should result in a version bump, you need to add a changeset.

There are some issues with running tests against prool & anvil. It's not clear what broke. Foundry released stable version of anvil a few days ago, but I could not verify it's connected.
