This pull request addresses

revert: mercury plugin changes of cc websocket

by making the following changes

reverted mercury plugin configuration changes to skip auth and acknowledge as part of cc websocket implementation.

Reason: we are not using mercury anymore, instead we copied the code from agent desktop
