| Для арифметичних потреб значення `NaN` не вважається числом жодної системи числення. Щоб визначити, чи є результатом `parseInt` `NaN`, можна викликати функцію [`Number.isNaN`](/uk/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Number/isNaN).
