Reservior computing simulation for p-NDI

Codes for "Wearable In-Sensor Reservoir Computing Using Optoelectronic Polymers with Through-Space Charge-Transport Characteristics for Multi-Task Learning." (Accepted to Nature Communications).

Environment

The code is tested on Ubuntu 20.04, python 3.7. The following packages are required:

torch==1.9.0
numpy==1.19.5
h5py==2.10.0
pandas==1.2.3

Dataset

The dataset used for multi-task learning can be downloaded automatically in this code.
