I think this is fine for now, but the W3C registry process might require the registry to be in W3C space, I'm not sure. When other docs are moved to W3C space maybe that will be when that happens.

This PR replaces the inline expression of the CBOR-LD Registry with links to a second repository and document for readability and ease of management.
