This is a tool for live transliteration anywhere on Windows.

To run you need the executable and a language file (.buk format) in the same folder.
To get Bukva on your machine just download and extract the zip, then drag a language file from Languages folder into the same directory as Bukva.exe, and then run Bukva.
Languages are stored in a .buk format. buk is a CSV format. The first column contains the keyboard character sequence that translates phonetically to the character in the second column.
Language file contributions would be immensely appreciated.
