Small little PR to address issue in #1
If you use the HA UI to just "turn on" the pixelblaze after turning it off (and setting the brightness to 0) no brightness kwarg is sent. This assumes that by default you want whatever brightness was set when you turned them off, it should not effect commands/scripts where light.turn_on is sent with a brightness level
