Adds JPEG XL support via: https://github.com/Isotr0py/pillow-jpegxl-plugin
Notes
Currently, JPEG XL is supported only on Firefox Nightly.
GNOME Image Viewer, GIMP and Krita can open and save JPEG XL.
Exif metadata saving and reading doesn't work yet.
It saves "something" as Exif metadata;
But nothing is able to read it including the plugin itself:
