We currently only accept a short section that links to the official platform docs rather than a new step-by-step section for new platforms. Does Sevalla have a link we could use? |

Description
Sevalla is Kinsta’s developer-centric PaaS platform built for teams that want to deploy and scale fast without worrying about infrastructure.
This PR updates the static deployment documentation to reflect the transition from Kinsta to Sevalla for static site hosting. The Kinsta section has been removed, and a new section has been added with detailed instructions for deploying Vite apps to Sevalla's free static site hosting platform.
