Welcome to the Viash organisation, the place where Viash-related code and content is maintained.

You'll find here the repository for the Viash source code together with the source of the documentation site and some additional resources:

• Github Actions for simplifying Viash-related CI tasks.
• The source of viashpy for facilitating interaction with Viash from Python, useful for defining Viash component unit-tests for instance.

Viash is currently used in a variaty of projects, the open source ones are:

• Open Pipelines: components and pipelines for single-cell (multi-omics) data
• Open Problems: a benchmarking framework for single-cell methods
• LuciusOperations: a devops toolbox for managing a computational REST backend.
